Brandon Maxwell offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items and custom orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
